Upper Michigan Images

I had the opportunity to spend some time over Memorial Day weekend playing around in Upper Michigan, near the Porcupine Mountains and Ottawa National Forest. A beautiful stretch of weather for Memorial Day - usually we experience cold and rain. In general, wild flowers seem to be about two weeks behind "normal," which gave me a great opportunity to photograph some Trilliums which I usually miss during Memorial Day weekend. (Click on the images to see a larger version.)

Hope you enjoy the photos!
