Governor Dodge State Park - April 29, 2011

I had the opportunity to spend some time along the Stephen's Falls Trail at Governor Dodge State Park in Iowa county this afternoon. The wildflowers are really starting to make their appearance. Here's some photos.

Spring....?

We've been getting glimpses of Spring here in southern Wisconsin. A warm day here and there...and then snow, sleet, or rain and it feels much closer to February than May.

However, the spring wildflowers are slowly winning over. Here's a photo from a couple of days ago - the Saguinarias are finally blooming.
